Each salon names a Stylist of the Month, with a certificate on the wall.
Thank-you awards
A manager can say thank you with a cash award added to your paycheck.
High Fives
Teammates and managers give each other named High Fives on our team site, and you get a notification on your phone. Five in a month is a full hand.
Shout-outs for a strong week
Stylists who have a strong all-round week, not just one good number, are named on the team site for every salon to see.
Team appreciation budget
Every salon has a monthly budget for the team: lunches, birthdays and contests.
